Product photographs are intended for reference only. Colors may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions, photography, screen settings, and monitor calibration.

3. Personalization

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted during checkout are accurate.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Initials
  • Capitalization
  • Spelling
  • Symbols
  • Dates
  • Special characters

We embroider exactly what is entered by the customer.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand.

7. Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • carrier delays
  • transportation disruptions
  • incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for correctly produced personalized items.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • the wrong item was received
  • the product arrived damaged
  • the item contains an embroidery error made by our production team

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery together with clear photographs.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing each claim.
